I don't usually have a problem with this app and being able to add my tickets to Google Wallet is a nice feature. However this year, it doesn't display tickets for the first 3 games of the season. Yet all of my tickets to mid June and the last game of the season are there. If I try to access my opening day tickets the app crashes. The android OS has an error message stating that it's buggy and I need to wait for a fix from the developer.

Thank you for your inquiry. For ticketing-related questions, please visit our virtual assistant, who can walk you through step-by-step instructions to access and manage your tickets: https://bp.mlb.com/help. If urgent, the Ticketing Guide includes a phone number for each team for immediate ticketing assistance.

The MLB Ballpark App is so convenient to use for storing and presenting tickets. I have used this app since it was released. It not only saves me money (free ticket delivery to phone), but also time. I get access to my tickets almost immediately, and I never have to arrive early, then search for the Will Call window. I also love that you can pre-purchase parking and store them on this app with your game tickets! My only gripe would be the high-ish "Convenience Fee" when buying tickets.

Overall the app works well. It would be great if the tickets could be added to Google Wallet just like iOS app allows you to add to Apple Wallet. Makes it easier to access tickets then navigating through the app when need to quickly show tickets at aisle or security. I like the in-stadium audio feature however it needs better integration with the Android then keeping a web page open in the app open.
