■Confirmation of total assets held
You can check the amount of Japanese yen and the amount of crypto assets you own. Crypto assets are listed with the Japanese yen exchange rate and quantity, so you can see the total assets at a glance.

■Exchange Rakuten points to crypto assets
You can easily exchange Rakuten points for crypto assets.
*A minimum of 100 points can be exchanged.
*Currencies that can be used for spot transactions (*BTC, ETH, BCH, OAS, POL) are eligible.
*Only regular points can be used.

■Purchase of crypto assets
We offer 5 types of crypto assets, which can be purchased and sold through spot trading.
*The rate and purchase quantity may differ in the actual contract.

■Rakuten Cash Charge
You can charge your crypto assets to Rakuten Cash and use them for shopping on Rakuten Market.

・Rakuten Cash Charge usage fees are free (spread costs associated with selling crypto assets will apply)
・Rakuten cash charge can be made directly from crypto assets


■Currently receiving and issuing crypto assets
You can receive crypto assets stored in other wallets, and you can withdraw crypto assets stored in other wallets.

■Japanese yen deposits and withdrawals
You can use Rakuten Bank and other financial institutions (or various banks, etc.). By registering a Rakuten Bank account, you can check your bank account balance and make real-time deposits and withdrawals, including on Saturdays and Sundays.
Even if you do not have a Rakuten Bank account, you can deposit money into your dedicated deposit account from various financial institutions. In addition, withdrawals can be made by registering a financial institution account other than Rakuten Bank (or other) as the withdrawal account.
*Deposits and withdrawals to accounts other than Rakuten Bank may take time.

■Security measures
(Two-factor authentication settings)

We use two-factor authentication to prevent unauthorized use by anyone other than yourself.
Two-factor authentication is required when using the following services:
・Login
・Withdrawal of Japanese yen
・Issuance of crypto assets
・Rakuten Cash Charge

■Check chart rate
You can check price fluctuations on the chart, which is useful for determining the timing to buy and sell crypto assets.

■Confirmation of operational status
Displays realized profit/loss (confirmed profit/loss), valuation profit/loss (difference between current market value and purchase price), and operational profit/loss, which is the sum of the two. You can also see the amount invested, such as the amount of points used.
