extremely slow and laggy. If you charge from your debit or credit card and something happens ( bad signal underground..etc), the transaction stops and it takes up to half a day for the app to stop telling you " you cannot charge right now because we are handling your previous transaction."

Japan is an amazing and wonderful country. It is also incredibly convoluted in its tech design. Their internet design is like something from the 90's. Case in point, this app.. It promises so much, but imposes an unreasonable barrier to usage for most android users. Why even have it on the App Store if it won't work for most of the android phones?

Although adds a level of convenience by allowing users to recharge credits via the app and even with a credit card, it is extremely slow to be user-friendly or efficient. Please fix this, it impacts the UX. You can prettify later.
