●Permission to draw over other apps...This is the permission required to display the alarm screen at any time on Android 10 or later. If you only need notifications while using other apps, there is no need to enable this permission.
●Telephone privileges..."Telephone privileges" are different from "phonebook (contacts) privileges," and are privileges for making and managing calls that do not allow access to personal information. This permission is required for Android 11 or later to understand whether "Cat Alarm" is currently calling. If you cannot obtain permission, the alarm will sound even when you are on the phone.
