I have not done any workout in over 10 years due to laziness and lack of motivation; tried multiple ways to be more active. Decided to try this app and it was perfect for about 10 days. I was in pain and fatigued as I should be, but workouts were short and varied enough to keep my attention and make me want to do them daily. The rest days were a godsend too. Then I noticed the increases that caused times > 7 minutes, even if done quickly (>10 min). Starting to lose interest and motivation now :/

This is a decent rotation and definitely a workout. As a fairly fat man, which the app knows, there is no way some of these rotations can be done correctly at 7 minutes. I have 80 seconds of plank, 30 crunches, and 30 bird dogs. If done as described, that 80 seconds plus a minimum of 30 seconds, plus a minimum of 150 seconds for a total of 260 seconds. That's 160 seconds for the other 5 exercises, switching, and resting. Undoable even if one is in shape. Exhaustion question doesn't do anything

This app provides a simple, fun,and intense workout plan that you can do anywhere with and/or without equipment. It gives you timed intervals, allowing you to push yourself past your comfort zone. This app gives you the exercises, techniques, and plans to get in great shape. All you have to provide is the desire and hard work, and put in the time to get the results you're looking for!!!
