Maybe this is not so much a review of the app but of their check in policy. I feel it is extortion to REQUIRE a credit card on file AND pre-authorization to charge it. I am on this flight solely because my favorite discount airline doesn't have a nonstop option on this particular travel date. The ticket cost is more than double (even with United's "Basic Economy" tier. I'm ok if you give me the option to to pre authorize but not that I MUST pre authorize.

Works pretty good if you have an American passport, but the app is very buggy when you have to enter in a passport from another country, or a Permanent Residents Card. It asks for the card, but then tells you to take a photo of the passport. On one screen, you take the photo but then can't submit it because there is no button. I tried numerous times to check in my wife's passport and at one point it looked like it was processing; then it threw an error message.

Just downloaded for an upcoming flight, as recommended by a United email about my trip. However, it's completely unusable. I managed to sign in, but now the app loads up for a second, and then immediately crashes. I checked for updates and restarted my phone. It still crashes every time. It's useless to me right now. I like the idea of what the app has to offer, but can't use any of it so it kinda defeats the whole purpose. It might be helpful, but it's gotta work first.
