Maid of Sker is a first-person survival horror, set in a remote hotel with a gory and macabre history from British folklore. Armed with only a defensive sound device, you’ll utilise stealth tactics to avoid death amongst a cult of sound-based AI enemies.
Set in 1898 and inspired by the haunting Welsh tale of Elisabeth Williams, this is a story of a family empire driven by torture, slavery, piracy and a supernatural mystery that suffocates the grounds of the hotel.
Developed by Wales Interactive with a plot crafted by the writing talent and designers behind the likes of SOMA, The Bunker and Battlefield 1.

I cannot deny the beauty of this game in terms of graphics and gameplay, which reminded me of Resident Evil 7. However, and this is a big "however," the game has many issues such as touch sensitivity, which cannot be adjusted, and the graphics settings didn't seem to make any noticeable difference when I tried to tweak them. The game needs performance improvements to make it playable. There are many lags in the game, and sometimes the frame rate drops to zero, causing the screen to freeze.

Game has potential but, the team just port the whole PC game to android with just onscreen controls. Phones processor are not that powerful as PCs, and don't even have cooling fans. Even at the lowest graphic settings game lags 🥲. The only way to optimize this game is either made a whole new game with less details and texture. Or just remove all extra field items like (long distance trees,land,grasses,houses) and decrease details on wood items+walls+tabls. Then it will put less load on procesor

I played this on Nintendo Switch and i loved it,Maid of Sker is a work of art,and I truely appreciate the developers for bringing it to mobile,yes it has some issues right now,like the game crashing at the hotel entrance and at other area's as well,but the developers were able to get "Maid of sker" to run smoothly and beautifully on the Nintendo Switch, so I have faith in the developers that they will be able to do the same for mobile,just a Matter of time and possibly a few updates.
